Johnson's Of St. Mary was founded by Ruth and Lester Johnson. This unique bedroom is named after the mother of Ruth Johnson, Bessie Shannon. (Ruth is very knowledgeable about the Johnson family history and lineage, having traced her ancestors to the Mayflower and beyond.)

You will relax and enjoy the breathtaking scenery of Glacier Park as you look at the mountains from your suite. Ruth & Lester's son, Hugo Johnson, has handcrafted the log beds which are covered with fluffy handmade quilts. On each bed you will find a friendly chenille bunny to welcome you. The infusion of both Western and Native American furnishings give this room a traditional Montana feel with country charm. You have your own private bath, as well as private entrance.
